1. Fold a sheet of paper (scrap paper if possible--save the trees!) in half from top to bottom. (I've drawn a line around the outside border so the scanner will pick it up.)
The folded paper is now 8 1/2 x 5 1/2".2. Insert 1/4 of the LTCs inside your folded piece of paper, up against the fold, so you can see where to place your first 2 staples.
3. This last picture shows the layout of 4 spots (they would actually be placed on the INSIDE of the folded paper, but are photographed on the outside so you can see them!)
p.s. (not shown) I sometimes put a piece of tape across the "bottom" edge--the edge that I will be inserting into the envelope first. I suppose you could also just staple it shut if you had room. I don't close the top edge, nearest the envelope flap.
